Blue sky

Woke up this morning bright and early (5:00 am) and watched the dawn –lovely clear day. Apparently we’re going to have a warm day today –high about 78 degrees F.
Around 7:00 I noticed a lot of police cars gathering along a street –all with flashing lights etc. and half an hour later they all switched on their sirens and left –quite a sight,I assume they were giving someone a reception.

Walking on the way to work I saw this truck –American trucks have style.

I have lots of meetings etc. scheduled for today (starting very soon) but I’m hoping to get out at lunch time and go uptown for some shopping. I need to get some slippers and phone charm braids for Claire.
